This is BP or "BrowserPresenter".
I wrote this application because I wanted to provide a simple, free program
that would allow people to do presentations with HTML documents.
Most people have some means to create HTML that could be used in a presentation,
but the browser, even in “Full Screen” mode doesn’t use the full screen and
there is not any support for the arrow keys when it comes to browsing through
a list of local files. This is what BP does, it’s a free presentation
tool that uses HTML files.
